DBE is an effort to create an immersive and Roleplay oriented environment for the Dark Brotherhood, it also sets forth to fix some issues I found with the Dark Brotherhood. The mod aims to add new Sacntuaries and Shrines of Sithis to Cyrodiil among other features.
